Morning Bref

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Morning Bref (the “Service”), a daily learning product operated by Avara Designs. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Your account

You are responsible for the email address you sign up with and for keeping your account secure. We use passwordless email magic-links for authentication; do not share the link with others.

2. The Service

Morning Bref delivers a daily curated “stack” of learning content (podcasts, video, audiobook clips, articles, talks, and quotes) selected to your interests. The Service is provided as-is. We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time, and we may add or remove sources of content (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, Audible, etc.) without notice.

3. Subscriptions, trials and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly ($14.99/month) or yearly ($119.88/year) through Stripe. All new subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. You can cancel any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and we do not pro-rate or refund partial periods unless required by law.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service to violate the law, infringe rights of others, scrape the platform, attempt to break our security, or impersonate another person. We may suspend accounts that we reasonably believe violate these rules.

5. Third-party content and links

Stacks contain deep-links to third-party platforms (Spotify, YouTube, Audible, etc.). The third-party content is governed by those platforms’ own terms, and Morning Bref is not responsible for it. Some links may contain affiliate identifiers (notably Amazon Associates); we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avara Designs and Morning Bref are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by emailing hello@morningbref.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change we’ll email subscribers and update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
